This plant is specially designed to produce polymer modified asphalt (such as SBS, EVA, PE) and crumb rubber modified asphalt (asphalt rubber). The equipment is consisted of asphalt quick heating system, asphalt batching and metering system, modifier metering and feeding system, additives metering and feeding system, shearing and grinding system. Thermal oil heating furnace and autocontrol system.The modifying process are controlled by computer. We can be notified with real time conditions and then check or print out the information anytime as you like. Asphalt modified by this equipment shows good performance. It is easy to operate and always been chosen as the most ideal equipment for construction of highway, bridge, airport and urban truck roads.
